JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- Dozens of people were baptized in the water at Jacksonville Beach on Sunday. Life Church International baptized about 50 people.

It's the fourth year the church has done baptisms at the beach.

Some onlookers were so compelled by what they saw, they chose to be baptized as well.

Participants had food, fun, and fellowship after the baptisms. A few homeless individuals were also fed and joined in on the celebration, according to Life Church.

A couple vacationing from Georgia said that they were enjoying being at the beach and began to feel the Holy Spirit as the baptisms commenced.
  
Life Church is located in Springfield at 207 West 6th Street. Service times are Sundays at 10 a.m. and Wednesdays at 7 p.m.
