JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man trying to sell an RV won't be able to do that anymore after it fell into the water this afternoon.
Witnesses said the potential buyer asked the seller if the RV could be used to launch a boat.
But when the man attempted to use the Seaboard Avenue boat ramp to show the would-be buyer what the vehicle could do, it crashed into the water.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Search and Recovery Team is helping to hoist the motor home out of the water, but a ridge is obstructing their effort and the RV is now on its side.
They have been trying to get the vehicle out of the water since about 3 p.m. today.
