JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Hats off to Don Brewer Elementary!
The children, teachers, and staff raised enough money to give 15 free mammograms to underserved women.
The project took off because the school family has several women dealing with breast cancer.
Some children explained how they did chores at home---from washing dishes to cleaning their rooms--to earn the Buddy Bucks to donate.

If you can't afford a mammogram, our new hotline number is: 1-877-9-MY-MAMO.
The M-Line is our new project with Susan G. Komen for the Cure North Florida.
