St. Petersburg, FL -- Studies have shown that physical activity can reduce a woman's risk of breast cancer.
But researchers from the University of Minnesota wanted to know why. They studied nearly 400 women.
Results showed aerobic exercise changes the way estrogen breaks down, producing more of a good molecule that is known to lower the risk of breast cancer.
