AUGUSTA, GA (AP) -- Police say a 41-year-old Harlem man was arrested yesterday and charged with five counts of child pornography after police seized five thousand child pornography images from a home computer. Columbia County Magistrate Court Judge J- Wade Padgett set a bond of 125-thousand dollars for Darryl Stanley Holley.
Columbia County Sheriff's Sgt. Harold Clack testified yesterday that nine computers -- four laptops and five desktops -- were confiscated on July 28. Eight of the computers have NOT been analyzed.
Holley was ordered to move out of his home until social workers have interviewed his children. Holley's attorney says his client has been happily married for 20 years and is a good father to his two teenage daughters, who have not been mistreated.
