CAMDEN, Ga. -- A search warrant served early Thursday morning led to the arrest of three methamphetamine manufacturing suspects.
The Camden County Sheriff's Office, officers from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Kingsland Police Department served the warrant at a home on the 100 block of Cottonwood Grove in Kingsland where the believed an active methamphetamine manufacturing lab was operating, according to a release from the CCSO.
Three suspects were found in the home, Emily Marie Rankin, 22, Rene Catoe, 54, and Joey Allen Pierantonis, 34. All three suspects are facing charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and sale of methamphetamine.
The alleged lab was located in a subdivision off Wildcat Drive near Camden County High School. Investigators will determine if the lab was operating within 1,000 ft. of the school. If so, the three suspects will also be charged for that violation.
Additional charges are pending upon further investigation.
