BLACKSHEAR, Ga. -- William told us he bought a product weeks ago, but it hasn't arrived.
"Introducing the incredible flexable hose," the product's infomercial proclaims. "Turn the water on and it expands up to 3 times the original length."
The product's website says to allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. William said he ordered the hose 6 weeks ago and is wondering why he hasn't received it.
First Coast News' On Your Side team called customer service and a manager told us it's because of a back order and that more stock hasn't arrived yet. Once that gets in, his order will be expedited. He should get it in 2-3 weeks.
