ATLANTA -- Authorities say one of two men shot near Turner Field in Atlanta has died of his injuries.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that the dead man was identified as 33-year-old Bobby Swint of Macon.
Police say the shooting occurred Wednesday near the intersection of Little and Reed streets near Turner Field, the baseball stadium where the Atlanta Braves play.
WSB-TV reports that the other man was shot in the leg but managed to run to a neighbor, who brought him water before ambulances arrived. Authorities said he was in critical, but stable condition.
Atlanta police spent much of Wednesday searching for a suspect, who might have been traveling in a white Ford Expedition.
