Five arrested in Eureka Gardens on narcotics bust

4 arrested after undercover drug sting

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office arrested five people in the Eureka Gardens apartment complex following a month long narcotics investigation. 

According to JSO, officers along with the SWAT team executed three search warrants at 1214 Labelle St. in Eureka Gardens. The warrants ended in four arrests, all charged with the sale of narcotics and the seizure of "a significant amount of cocaine."

Patrick Campbell, 19, was arrested for narcotic sale charges after he sold drugs including marijuana and cocaine to undercover officers on at least three separate occasions.

Leroy Pennington, 44, was arrested after selling drugs including crack cocaine and heroine to undercover officers on four different occasions. 

Ronquesia Smart, 23, was arrested after previously selling cocaine to uncover officers.

Brittany Jackson, 27, was arrested for selling crack cocaine to undercover officers. The report also states this transaction occurred with two children, a baby and a toddler, on the premises.  

Ronald Smart, 21, was arrested at 5017 Hollycrest at The Restored Identity Fellowship Ministries after the third time selling undercover officers drugs including crack cocaine and cocaine. He was not arrested in connection with the search warrants served, however his arrest was connected to the same undercover sting.
