PINELLAS PARK, FL -- Bucs wide receiver David Boston was arrested on charges of driving under the influence on Thursday night in Pinellas County.
According to a police report, Boston was found passed out behind the wheel at the intersection of 49th Street and Park Boulevard in Pinellas Park. Pinellas Park police say the car was still running.
Officers say Boston completed a field sobriety test.
Boston was arrested at 9:50 p.m. and taken to the Pinellas County Jail Central Breath Test Facility in Clearwater.
Police say breath tests showed no indication of alcohol, but urine tests are still pending.
Boston was released at 11:10 p.m.
No word if this will affect him playing Saturday in Miami. At this time the team has no comment.
