Miami Beach Parking Officer Arrested on Duty

MIAMI BEACH, FL (AP) -- Police say a Miami Beach parking enforcement officer has been arrested on drug charges and placed on leave.

Authorities say parking enforcement officer Elio Espinosa delivered three bags of drugs to an informant yesterday. He's been charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell within one-thousand feet of a school.
