Florida mail-in voter registration ends Oct. 18

For the 2016 election, you can register to vote by mail or in person in Florida. If you are voting by mail you must complete the application must be postmarked by October 18 and mailed to the Florida Division of Elections.

BY MAIL:

1. Get the voter registration form

You can download and print the voter registration form: http://dos.myflorida.com/media/693757/dsde39.pdf.

2. Fill out the form

- Fill in the application online and print, or fill the application in using a black ballpoint pen

Step 1 · Indicate whether this is a new registration, an update, or a request to replace your voter card, and confirm that you're a US citizen.
 
Step 2 · Confirm that you haven't been convicted of a felony, or if you have been, that your voting rights have been restored.
 
3. Send the form
 
Your completed application must be postmarked by Oct 18 and mailed to:

You can also submit the form to any County Supervisor of Elections, any Florida driver’s license office or tax collector’s office that issues driver’s licenses and/or Florida ID cards, any “voter registration agency” where you get services, any office that primarily serves persons with disabilities, any military recruitment office, or any public library.
