FBI to host meeting with Jacksonville Jewish leaders

Jewish Center school threats

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Jewish community leaders will meet with the FBI Tuesday night at the Jacksonville Jewish Center to express concerns and hear the agency’s response to national threats.

In January, a threat called-in to the Jewish Community Alliance resulted in evacuations. A similar scene across the country as community centers have been targets of threats and vandalism.

FBI Jacksonville special agent in charge Charles P. Spencer will lead the meeting at the Jacksonville Jewish Center starting at 7 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
