YULEE, Fla. -- A Yulee High School teacher has been cleared following an investigation into alleged sexual contact with a student.
In March, the Nassau County Sheriff's Office started asking questions following a report of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
The teacher, along with students, were questioned. Investigators concluded no criminal act occurred.
The high school teacher had been placed on administrative leave during the investigation.
A spokesperson from Nassau County School District said the investigation is grounds for suspending or terminating the teacher, and the district plans to pursue either one of those actions.
