HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL -- A missing child alert has been issued in Florida. The search is on for 12-year-old Carina Luviano. She's 5' tall with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen Friday in hillsborough county. She does have a scar between her eyes. Police believe she is in danger.
