ORANGE PARK, Fla. -- A man investigators describe by police as "dapper" walked into a local book store and helped himself to several items, including bibles, before walking out without paying.
According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office, it happened at the Books-A-Million in the Orange Park Mall Sunday at about 5:45 p.m.
Surveillance video shows the man walking in carrying a yellow bag and putting four electronic bibles, two electronic dictionaries, two electronic speaking translators and two electronic five-language translators into the bag before leaving the store.
The suspect is described as a black male, possibly in his 40s, wearing a pink T-shirt, dark plaid shorts and white-bottomed shoes.
The stolen merchandise is worth $600.
