Three teens, two adults jailed on drug charges

ST. JOHNS, Fla. -- Three people were arrested in St. Johns early Friday morning after deputies served a warrant.

The warrant was served at 6:30 a.m. to a home in the 100 block of Southern Grove Drive, according to a release from the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.

Katina Gail Coffey, 40, Stormy Shayne Coffey, 20, and 19-year-old Stephanie Ann Foss were arrested on various drug charges. Katina Coffey, the homeowner, was charged with maintaining a drug dwelling.

The warrant was served after a month long investigation into suspicious activity at the home, the release detailed.

Detectives allegedly found marijuana, numerous items of drug paraphernalia along with prescription medication that was not prescribed.

Two other teens were arrested at the same house earlier this week, Rachel Sara Fasanello, 18 and 18-year-old Dustin Noah Coffey. Fasanello was picked up on a warrant for interfering with custody, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, open house party and violation of probation. Dustin Coffey was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The total market value of the home is listed in property records at $142,595 and the square footage is 2,296 square feet.
