Shooting suspect found guilty of murder

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville man accused of shooting and killing another man outside his home after an argument last year now faces life in prison.

On Thursday, a jury convicted Christopher Mack Charles of second-degree murder in the 2013 shooting death of 33-year-old Ferneze Delyric Jones, the State Attorney's Office said.

In February 2013, Charles shot and killed Jones with a rifle outside his home following an argument, prosecutors said.

Sentencing for Charles is set for Sept. 22.
