JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A felon convicted of shooting three men outside a Jacksonville barbershop back in 2012 now faces up to 115 years in prison, prosecutors said.
A jury found Rashane Leonard Jones guilty Thursday on three counts of attempted second-degree murder and a separate count of possession of firearm by a convicted felon for the shooting that left three men wounded, according to a release from the State Attorney's Office.
The victims were standing outside a barbershop on A. Phillip Randolph Boulevard back in June 2012. That's when prosecutors say Jones, 28, approached and opened fire, striking all three men. The victims later recovered.
A sentencing hearing for Jones is set for Sept. 8.
