Dunn's attorney asking to delay sentencing hearing

JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Michael Dunn's attorney is asking that Dunn's sentencing be delayed until after his retrial.

In the motion filed Tuesday, Cory Strolla argued Dunn's 5th amendment rights could be in jeopardy if he testifies at his own sentencing.

Dunn is currently set to be sentenced the week of March 24 on four counts, including three attempted murder charges. A jury was unable to reach a verdict on a murder charge stemming from the night Jordan Davis was shot.
