Suspect in Best Buy attack deemed incompetent to stand trial

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The man who allegedly beat a 9-year-old girl inside of a Southside Best Buy was deemed incompetent to stand trial Thursday morning.

James Tadros was was arrested last August after police say he lured the 9-year old girl into the store's bathroom.

Police say a customer heard screaming and crying coming from the restroom. When Best Buy employees went in, they say Tadros was holding the girl's head in the toliet.

The girl had numerous injuries from that attack.

One of the charges Tadros is facing is attempted murder.

Prosecutors will revisit Tadros' mental heath condition in October.
