JSO investigating Jacksonville Bank branch robbery

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office searching for a suspect who robbed a Jacksonville Bank branch on Friday afternoon.

Around 1:40 p.m. the unknown male suspect entered the bank, located at 4343 Roosevelt Boulevard and handed the teller a note demanding money.

According JSO Public Information Officer Shannon Hartley, the suspect did not display a weapon and after getting the cash, he fled on foot.

He is described as weighing between 150 to 160 pounds, 6 feet tall and has a mustache. He was wearing a blue shirt, a tan baseball cap and sunglasses.
