Painter making things bright despite dark past

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – There are more than 60,000 children living without at least one of their parents in Florida. Only every once and a while does the family get to spend any time together, even then it's not under very traditional circumstances.

Florida's prison system recently launched a new Sesame Street visitation program. Inmates get to visit with their kids and take pictures in front of paintings created by inmates.
