JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Three other individuals will be charged in Sunday's drug-related fatal shooting of two brothers at Golden Corral on Normandy Boulevard.
The following individuals will all face two counts of attempted robbery and two counts of felony murder, according to Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Lt. Rob Schoonover:
-Jallil Graves, 21, whom police have identified as the shooter
-George Carter, 21
-Steven Bennett, 18
Avery Wood, 19, was arrested Tuesday and also charged with two counts of felony murder and two counts of armed robbery.
Police said Wood plotted to get a group of people together to rob
the brothers, Andrew and Matthew Bohannon, of about three ounces of marijuana, a $600 street value, in the Golden Corral parking lot.
They met at 8:40 p.m. and Schoonover said Graves got out of the vehicle and shot Andrew Bohannon, 24, and then Matthew Bohannon, 19.
Graves is being held in the Clay County Jail, as he is also facing an attempted murder charge in a July 4 shooting. According to police, Graves allegedly shot a man in the face during an Orange Park house party.
Schoonover said police have ruled out rumors that the shooting is related to the not guilty verdict in the George Zimmerman trial. No bumper sticker was found on the victim's truck and marijuana was found at Andrew Bohannon's house.
Police have also taken possession of a .40-caliber gun, but they have not definitively connected it to the crime.
The investigation is ongoing and police are not looking for any other suspects, Schoonover said.
