JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to an incident at Huguenot Park mid-morning Monday.
Around 9:30 a.m. JSO responded to a teen in a pick-up truck who appeared to be in distress, according to JSO Sgt. Lonnie Mills.
The teen claimed to be okay, however a second teen was spotted nearby who appeared to be having a seizure, Sgt. Mills detailed.
The teen inside the pick-up truck also began to show signs of a seizure.
Jacksonville Fire Rescue was called in to assist and both teens were taken to UF Health Jacksonville.
Both teens remain unconscious but are are currently in critical, but stable condition.
Police believe the teens may have taken some sort of narcotic and are investigating further.
