Jacksonville Sheriff's Office seeks Beach Blvd. bank robbery suspect

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect who is wanted in connection with a Monday morning bank robbery.

According to a release from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, an unknown suspect entered a Jacksonville Bank location on the 14200 block of Beach Boulevard and demanded money from a teller via a note. The suspect was allegedly given money and fled the scene.

The suspect is described by JSO as a male aged 40 to 47-years-old. The suspect is believed to be about 6-foot-tall, weighing about 250 to 280 pounds and was wearing an Atlanta Braves baseball hat at the time of the robbery.
