BAKER COUNTY, Fla. -- Police discovered a grow operation made up of more than 170 marijuana plants Thursday night while investigating a medical emergency.
A man was taken to a hospital in Macclenny after he was found to be unresponsive while visiting a friend's house, according to Major Gonzales with the Baker County Sheriff's Office.
Police were talking to the man's friend, Tony Barber, about what happened and the investigation led them back to the house.
Upon arrival at the house, police discovered the plants, Gonzales said.
