JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man accused of infecting his sexual partners with HIV is now facing new charges.
Taveres Newsome, 35, is now facing an additional charge of sexual intercourse without disclosure of HIV.
Newsome is still in the Duval County Jail not eligible for bond. He is already facing a charge of criminal transmission of HIV, aggravated battery of a pregnant victim and violation of probation.
According to police, Newsome was diagnosed with AIDS in 2008.
They say he did not tell his sexual partners he was HIV positive.
