JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Monday morning Michael Dunn, the man accused of killing 17-year-old Jordan Davis entered a plea of not guilty to charges of first degree murder.

Dunn received new charges Thursday. Originally he was charged with second degree murder and attempted murder.

His new charges are first degree murder, three counts of attempted first degree murder and shooting or throwing a deadly missile, according to Duval County Clerk of Courts records.
Police say Davis was shot and killed over an argument about loud music at a Southside Gate gas station.
