JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Beginning just after midnight, December 10 job seekers will be able to sign onto the First Coast Virtual Job Fair to find potential employment.
WorkSource's 15th virtual event will start at 12:01 a.m. Monday, December 10 and last until Friday, December 14.
Since the job fair is online people will be able to job hunt 24 hours a day without ever having to leave home.
A release from WorkSource said the organization partners with Florida State College at Jacksonville to host virtual job fairs several times per year.
WorkSource made improvements after September's virtual job fair to their job fair site. The release said the company made it easier and faster for job hunters to upload their resumes.
There is also a chat feature where employers and potential future employees can interact with one another.
The release said the Virtual Job Fair for September 2012 resulted in 42,294 total visits. During the September job fair 95 employers participated and posted 829 available jobs. During the fair 2,131 users registered to search for a job.
