JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Three people were injured in a Tuesday evening accident in the 4900 block of Baymeadows Road.
One of those injured was a pregnant woman, according to Florida Highway Patrol troopers at the scene.
Natasha C. Truss, 19, was driving a 1999 Audi eastbound on Baymeadows Road around 5:45 p.m., according to an FHP report.
A 2004 Honda Accord driven by 29-year-old Jennifer A. Critzon was traveling westbound and was in the left turn lane near Craven Road. Truss' vehicle then traveled into the left where Critzon's vehicle was.
The front left of the Audi struck the front of the Accord, causing both vehicles to rotate counter-clockwise, according to the report.
The right rear of Critzon's vehicle struck the left side of a 2005 Toyota Sienna driven by Richard E. Hurtak, 54, who was traveling westbound on Baymeadows in the inside lane.
Truss and Critzon were transported to Shands Jacksonville with serious injuries.
Hurtak was treated for minor injuries. His passenger, William Hurtak, 13, did not have any injuries.
