JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Today Hallmark Partners will hold a ceremonial groundbreaking for a multi-use development in Riverside.

MORE: Brooklyn project to bring new addition to skyline

The development, 220 Riverside Avenue, will include 294 apartments as well as shops and a public park.

The groundbreaking will be held at 11:00 a.m.
