JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- When the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Chicago Bears Sunday at EverBank Field, adult tailgaters will be able to visit the Bud Light Recycling Zone.
Fans 21 and up will have the chance to try their luck kicking a field goal through 21-foot goal posts constructed from 125,000 crushed aluminum cans. The goal posts are made from 102 aluminum bricks, each weighing approximately 37 pounds.
Bud Light representatives will also be traveling around with recycling bins to various tailgating locations to collect recyclable items.
During the 2012 season, the interactive display will travel to nine different NFL cities. The goal is to encourage tailgaters to recycle while educating them about its importance.
The Bud Light Recycling Zone will be at EverBank Field on the west side of the stadium at the Old Adams Street Experience from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, October 7.
