JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man who suffered a medical seizure, crashed into a truck and then was pronounced dead at the scene on Friday has been identified by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Tito J. Garcia, 49, was driving a box truck, leaving the parking lot of Conway Freight at 500 South Ellis Road. He then suffered a medical episode, which caused him to accelerate and across Ellis Road.
Garcia then crashed into a commercial trailer at Conway Freight at 475 South Ellis Road, according to a release from JSO.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
