JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A former radiology technician will be sentenced Monday, for infecting Mayo Clinic patients with Hepatitis C.
Steven Buemel pleaded guilty in May.
At least 3 people got the disease from Buemel, after he injected drugs into himself and then passed the syringes on to patients.
Two patients died and hospital officials say Hepatitis C played a part in at least one of those deaths.
He faces get life in prison.
