JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The five finalists who are vying to be the next Duval County Schools Superintendent spoke publicly Monday night at the Shultz Center.
Kriner Cash, Kathryn LeRoy, Williams Miller, Dale Robbins and Nikolai Vitti answered questions from Envisioning Committee members, a group that includes parents, teachers and principals.
Before they took the stage side by side to answer the same questions, four of the five finalists spoke to First Coast News.
We asked them what they think is the biggest challenge facing the Duval County School District.
On Tuesday, the finalists will meet with Board Members who will then decide which candidates they want to bring back for a second interview.
