JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- First Coast News has confirmed that due to Tropical Storm Isaac, Vice President Biden's trip to Tampa on Monday has been postponed.
The campaign says they made the change in schedule to ensure all that local law enforcement and emergency management resources are focused ensuring the safety of those who might be impacted by the storm, according to a press release form the Obama campaign.
The Vice President's stop in St. Augustine is still planned to go ahead but is also subject to change as the situation with Tropical Storm Isaac unfolds.
