JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has identified the victim who has died as the result of a hit and run on Tuesday.
It was determined by an autopsy from the Medical Examiner's Office that Taylor Evans, 22, died from injuries he sustained in the accident outside The Jacksonville Landing.

still looking for a female who was the victim of battery outside the Landing before the hit and run occurred in the parking lot at 126 W. Bay Street.
