PALM COAST, Fla. -- A man was arrested Sunday on a charge of domestic battery after a two-hour standoff with police, according to a release from Flagler County Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer Debra Johnson.

James White, 52, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. after police were called to a home in the 50 block of Buffalo Grove Drive two hours earlier on reports of a domestic disturbance involving an intoxicated man who was possibly armed, according to the release.

White's family came out when police arrived, but he remained in the home. Negotiators were able to get him to come out about two hours later.

Knives, bows, arrows, as well as several guns and ammunition, were seized from the home, according to the release.

White was booked into the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
