Early voting for Aug. 14 Florida primary election begins

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Early voting Runs Aug. 4 - Aug. 11 for the Aug. 14 Florida Primary Election. 

The Duval County Supervisor of Elections reports early voting hours are 10am-4pm, Saturday and Sunday and 8:30 am.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday at these locations:

Meanwhile in Clay County, access to the Orange Park Library for early voting will be detoured to Mound Street, due to construction on Plainfield Avenue.

Signs and directional arrows will be placed at the intersection of Kingsley Avenue/Mound Street, at Stowe Street/Mound Street and at Highway 17/Stowe Street.

Voters will also be able to access the library through the Challenge Enterprises Plaza on Kingsley Avenue.

Early voting in Clay County is being held August 4 - 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Orange Park Library, the Fleming Island Library, the Middleburg Clay-Hill Library, the Supervisor of Elections Office and the Keystone Heights Tax Collector's Office.

The Clay County Supervisor of Elections Office is working closely with the Town of Orange Park, the Orange Park Police Department and the Clay County Sheriff's Office for traffic control and signage to ensure a smooth Early Voting period.

In St. Johns County, early voting hours and locations are as follows:

August 4 - 11 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. 
Except Sunday August 5 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
