Paul Royal, a true freshman who was to start playing football for Edward Waters College starting this year, was shot and killed his a car in Miami, a spokesman from the college has confirmed.
"As an institution, we know that he was committed to be a football player. And from what I understand he was a stellar athlete, stellar student, and stellar person," said Edward Waters College spokesman Blake Hacht.
