JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man who was allegedly high on bath salts is facing charges of disorderly intoxication causing a public disturbance and profanity in a public place.

Police say they received a complaint about a man chasing them at the Jacksonville Landing.
The victims told police the man was high on bath salts. They say he became aggressive and verbally abusive.
