MILTON, Ga. -- A worker handing out food samples at a Walmart was taken into custody after police say she pushed a co-worker handing out taste tests into a fruit cooler.

Police say 56-year-old Marissa Moody's feet were up in the air and she could not get out of the cooler Saturday afternoon at the crowded Walmart in Milton, just north of Atlanta. A third worker helped her out of the cooler.

WSB-TV aired surveillance video showing a chase through the produce area.

Police say 63-year-old Dorothy R. Kemp was charged with simple battery. Jail records did not indicate whether she has an attorney. She was freed on a $3,000 bond.

Police say the dispute was over equipment used by the workers, including a cutting board and a bottle of disinfecting spray.
