JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Investigators with the State Attorney's Office have arrested a convicted felon for allegedly selling guns and trafficking in cocaine.

Deshawn A. Robertson, also known as "Smoke," is charged with Armed Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell/Manufacture/Deliver within 1,000 feet of a Public Housing Complex.

Robertson's arrest stems from a felony traffic stop.  Investigators found crack cocaine in a plastic container in Robertson's pants pocket.  During the stop, investigators also found a loaded .9 mm semi-automatic pistol in Robertson's car.  Nine rounds of ammunition were seized in addition to the weapon.

The 20-year-old was released in March 2012 from the Florida State Prison system where he served time for several felonies.

Robertson was booked into the Pre-trial Detention Facility of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
