FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. -- A man and woman were arrested on Tuesday afternoon after Flagler County Sheriff's Office deputies found them to be dismantling an air conditioning unit.

FCSO received a report about a burglary in progress at a home on Hickory Street in Daytona North, according to a release from Public Information Officer Debra Johnson.

They found Tammy Lynn Keller, 45, and Jermaine Verdell, 39, with refrigerator and AC parts in the bed of their truck.

Keller told deputies that she had the homeowner's permission to clean the house, but a call to the owner revealed that information was false.

Keller and Verdell were being held in the Flagler County Inmate Facility in lieu of $1,759 bond.
