JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are looking for a man who shot another man on Longchamp Drive.
Sgt. Lonnie Mills with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to 6125 Longchamp Drive around 7 p.m. Sunday and found a man in his 30's. He had been shot twice in the chest.
The victim was taken to Orange Park Medical Center with life threatening injuries.
Mills said the shooting took place in a parking lot on Longchamp Drive.
The suspect is still on the loose.
Mills described the suspect as a white man, 5-foot-5, 140-150 pounds. He was wearing a white t-shirt, brown or khaki shorts, and a red hat. He was last seen heading east on Longchamp going toward Blanding Blvd. He is believed to still be armed.
