JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Duval County's new courthouse failed another safety test Sunday morning, and a fire spokesman says they will now likely move back into the old courthouse.

Aleizha Batson, spokesperson for Fire Chief Martin Senterfitt, says they will "most likely" move ahead with Plan C, which would mean moving back into the old courthouse that closed more than a week ago.

Monday morning, a meeting is planned with the mayor and his staff, along with court administration to finalize the next steps.

Batson did not know a time or location for the meeting.

The new courthouse has failed several fire safety tests during the past week. It was supposed to open Tuesday.
