JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The FBI is looking for a man who has robbed at least three banks in Duval, St. Johns and Volusia counties in the past two weeks.
The suspect is a white male in his 20s or 30s, has a tall thin build and short blonde hair and a goatee, according to Michael B. Steinbach, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI's Jacksonville Division.
During some of the robberies, the suspect was wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap. To rob the banks, the suspect would approach the teller with a note demanding money and stating he had a gun. He would then leave the banks on foot.
Here are the robberies the suspect is believed to be responsible for:
May 1, 2012: Bank of America, 10445 San Jose Boulevard, Jacksonville
May 1, 2012: Wells Fargo, 2841 County Road 210 West, St. Augustine
May 3, 2012: Wells Fargo, 1813 Ridgewood Avenue, Edgewater
