JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Westside business needs to do some serious waterproofing.
When the clouds roll in, the Dollar General at 9156 103rd Street takes a beating.
"There was serious water coming out," Justin Frier said. "They said there was a leak. A hole in the back."
When the rain hit today the water rushed in again.
No one inside could go on camera, but they blamed poor construction for the leaks.
First Coast News checked and the building is only two years old, but a worker said it's already been closed twice recently due to water problems.
