JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Six air-conditioning units were stolen from an office park overnight Wednesday.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the thefts at an office park in the 8700 block of San Jose Boulevard are part of a series of similar thefts in Jacksonville that police are monitoring.
The six units are valued at $4,000 each. The thieves generally target units not visible from the parking lot.
The businesses are independent professionals like attorneys, and doctors offices. buildings.
